Field Coordinators

The Jerusalem YMCA -Women’s Development Program is partnering with WCLAC in the implementation of a project on " Promoting Women's Common Marital Property Rights within the Marriage Institution". The Project will be implemented in the West Bank. This project is for  three years Starting 1/4/2018, and is funded by the European Commission.

The Following posts are required

Job Title: Field coordinators (2)
Duration of Job: 33 months.
Target Hiring Date: July 1, 2018

Job Title: Field Coordinator (1)
Duration: 34 months
Target Hiring Date: June 1, 2018

Closing Date: March 15th, 2018

Key responsibilities:

Coordinates all the activities in the targeted locations.
Coordinate with all stakeholders in the area.
Monitors the implementation of specific plans in each location.
Monitors the results of all interventions undertaken.
Support youth groups to design and implement actions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

-A bachelor’s degree in the area of social work, or other relevant field.
-At least three years of experience in community development projects.
-Working experience in women and youth projects is a credit.
-Ability to organize work , lead and deliver activities with high level standards, and proven track record in producing quality work
-Prepared to work under pressure Computer literate especially Microsoft office applications
-Good communication and writing skills in Arabic and English.
