Field Manager

Requirements for the candidate:
1-University degree or equivalent through experience.
2-2-4 years relevant work experience preferably in the Retail environment.
3-Ability to work under strict deadlines.
4-Computer literacy.
5-Very good interpersonal skills.
6-People management skills.
7-Strong business understanding.
8-Enjoy outdoor work.
9-Very good command of the English language.
10-Able to travel.

Main responsibilities:

-To analyse and understand the environment he/she is called to operate in and understand. fully the implications of the operation.
-Ensure that the work quality is of the highest standards.
-Ensure that the operation is run in the most efficient and productive way.
-Systematic organization and planning.
-To ensure that quality control procedures are applied.
-Carry out performance appraisals.
-Assist in budget preparation and follow up costs.
