Field officer

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an impartial, neutral and independent
organization whose exclusively humanitarian mission is to protect the lives and dignity of victims
of war and internal violence and to provide them with assistance.

The ICRC Sub-delegation of Hebron is looking for a candidate to fill in the following position

Function : Field officer
Place of Employment : Hebron office
Type of Contract : Unlimited

Minimum required knowledge & experience:
-University degree in Business, Economy, Political science or similar fields
-2 years work experience
-Good command of written and spoken English
-Good computer skills
-Good knowledge of the geographically assigned environment (H2)
-Good analytical skills
-Good communication skills
-Valid driving licence of B category

Standard function description:
-Assists the H2 Team leader in the implementation of protection and assistance programmes in H2,
-Supports with the drafting of Economic Security projects proposals, beneficiaries selection,
the monitoring of the project and final assessment,
-Meets, documents and follows active protection cases, under supervision,
-Maintains contacts with authorities at municipal degree, local Red Crescent Branches, population,

suppliers, etc. under supervision.
