Field Officer

Islamic Relief (IR) is a humanitarian NGO working in Palestine since 1998. Islamic Relief helps the needy people without regard to creed, race, gender, or ethnicity. It works on achieving economic and social welfare through its joint development and emergency programmes with the local community. Islamic Relief announces the following vacancies for its offices in West Bank.

Title: Field Officer-(two posts)
Ref: FO/D/17/2010
Duration: One year (Full Time)
Location: Central and Southern areas of West Bank.
Project: Family Sponsorship Program

Overall Responsibilities:
Responsible for proper implementation of the project’s activities on the ground. Identify, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships Proactively participate in designing the capacity building
program for project beneficiaries

Candidates must possess the following competencies:
-University Degree in related field.
-At least two years of experience in development project.
-Experience in working in the NGO sector

General Skills required for all applicants :
-Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
-Interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
-High report writing skills.
-Very Good computer Skills.
-English language skills (speaking and writing).
