Field Specialists (4-6 potential positions)

An established Palestinian research and M&E firm is looking for experts possessing the following skills in preparation of an application for a major assignment. The candidates will be considered for potential employment in the positions delineated below. The positions are potentially available within a 6-month period and salaries will be negotiated in appropriate time.

-Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following fields:
 - Health and water and sanitation,
 - Agriculture and economic recovery and economic development,
 - Education and rehabilitation and renovation of community facilities,
 - Humanitarian assistance.
-Proven experience in M&E criteria and cross-cutting themes such as impact, sustainability, inclusive planning, gender and environment.
-At least 3 years of field experience in monitoring of projects, particularly in the design and/or application of research tools;
-Experience collecting, analyzing and preparing data for team members and project partners;
-Knowledge and experience related to development projects in Gaza, preferably in projects coordinated by USAID, the UN or other international actors.
