Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for Field Support Staff, to be based at our Gaza office Palestine- South & Middle of Gaza Strip
CONDITION:
- It is a local Contract, for this role you must have the right to work in
- This role is fixed-term with a possibility of extension depending on organizational needs and the office expansion
Main Purpose:
]To support the implementation of Human Appeals Emergency, Food Parcels, Hot Meals, and Hygine kits or any related distribution interventions by assisting in field-level logistcs, benficiary verification, and monitoring. The Field Supprot Staff will also hep ensure smooth delivery and adherence to safty, dignity, and quality standrds. They are expected to actively support the distribution teams in coordination, dataa collection, and basic M&E tasks.
Accountabilities:
- Assists in preparing detailed daily distribution plans, including site setup, distribution lists and required documentation.
- Coordinate with community leaders and representatives to share project information and schedules with beneficiaries.
- Help organize beneficiaries on-site and verify their eligibility based on distribution lists and required documentation.
- Monitor distribution activities to ensure proper cowed management, beneficiary safety, and fair item allocation.
- Support the implementation of post-distribution satisfaction surveys and accurately input collected data.
- Assist in managing the movement and tracking of supplies and equipment, under the direction of the Project Assistant.
- Promptly report any issues, irregularities, or security concerns observed during distribution to the Project Assistant.
- Carry out additional field duties as assigned by the Project Assistant to support smooth project operations.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering. Or any related humanitarian development studies
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably within the humanitarian or INGO sector.
Computer Skills: Advanced computer literacy skills
Language: English and Arabic a must.
