Job Purpose Summary
Field Workers will play a key role in supporting the food distribution process by conducting various tasks related to logistics, data collection, and community engagement. They will ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and within the designated timeline. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing and submitting daily distribution reports and developing and maintaining relationships with community members.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in organizing and overseeing food distribution processes in assigned areas.
• Collect data and conduct surveys and observations related to food distribution.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submission of distribution reports.
• Engage with community members and address any concerns related to the distribution.
• Monitor and report any logistical challenges or shortages to the facilitator.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution site.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure an efficient and smooth distribution process.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, or a related field.
Experience:
• Previous experience in fieldwork, data collection, conducting surveys, community engagement, or humanitarian aid distribution is an advantage.
• Ability to work in challenging environments and engage effectively with community members.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to carry and move heavy materials as needed.
Languages:
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic.
• Basic proficiency in English is preferred.
