Finance and Admin Officer
- Support and track all financial purchase requisitions and payments for WBPC, including petty cash payments, cash advances, utilities payments and other related financial transactions.
- Support Partnership Coordinator with monthly budget vs. expenses reporting.
- Collect financial information from partners for budgeting and reporting purposes
- Provide support for budgeting and reporting processes for donor proposals and reporting.
- Assist with audits by providing auditors with the requested documentation

Ensure a proper filing system of documents as per the organizations guidelines.

Maintaining and updating WBPC contact databases; regularly collect, verify, update contact information

Coordinating all travel related issues including official trips of advocacy team, home leaves, and diplomatic visits.

Coordinating and working closely with NRC logistics on vehicle requests and daily movements.

Coordinate WBPC meetings: Planning, scheduling, and coordinating logistics for workshops and meetings including scheduling with participants, minutes taking, venue booking, communication equipment set-up, venue preparation and organization, facilitating communications during workshops, procuring refreshments, and follow-up tasks including venue organization post meetings.

Assisting with reporting tasks including minor editing, formatting, and printing of documents

Photocopying and scanning tasks.

Providing general logistical and administrative support to CoP and other members of the Secretariat where necessary

Overall minutes-taking/recording of decisions, distribution and filing of and ensuring follow-up wherever necessary.

Any other tasks and support to the Secretariat and/or WBPC deemed necessary.

Professional competencies:
- Three years of professional experience in support services -administration and finance and/or another relevant field
- Experience of working as a Support Function Officer
- Knowledge and experience working in an organizational context
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
- Very good knowledge of English, writing and speaking.
- Ability to travel throughout the West Bank and East Jerusalem
