3K is a leading renewable energy engineering, procurement, and Construction Company based in Ramallah, Palestine. We are looking to hire a full-time finance and administrative assistant to provide office support to our team.
Main Duties
Financial
- Issuing sales invoices and collecting payments from customers and issuing receipts.
- Prepare payments after reconciling the supplier's statement of account (transfers, checks . . . etc.).
- Prepare Cash and Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis.
- Record all transactions and prepare journal entries on a daily basis.
- Auditing the petty cash accounts, and bills “water, phones, fuels, etc.” and ensuring replenishment.
- Preparing income tax and value-added tax (VAT) reports on a monthly basis.
- Preparing the company’s monthly payroll including overtime, and salary adjustments, deductions, and issuing payroll transfers in a timely manner.
- Deposit checks/cash at different banks.
- Support the Financial Manager in internal/external audits.
Administrative
- Provide admin support to management procurement, sales, and construction teams.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Project Insurances and the company’s car insurance and licenses.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, folders, and archives.
- Copy and scan documents as required.
- Run errands, e.g. paying invoices, and delivering and collecting documents.
- Log employee attendance through a specialized app.
- Track car logs through a specialized app.
- Maintain employees’ vacation and sick leave records.
- Maintain office supplies.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or any related field.
- Technical knowledge in Administrative Management & Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance and administration-related fields.
- Experience in working with Bisan ERP software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, medium level in MS Excel is compulsory.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure independently or in a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license.
