Finance Assistant
Location: Ramallah WB
Responsibilities:
Successful applicant will work with the Finance Manager to process regular monthly payroll for approximately 300 employees including daily attendance, monthly timesheets and recording of annual/sick leaves; process End of Service and any other allowances, communicate with Banks regarding wires transfer, bank statements and others, Communicate with MOF regarding the zero vat request letters. Receive original documents from the satellite offices and file them in the relevant file for each program.
Key qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration (additional relevant years of experience is required in case of lower degree); strong organizational; excellent representational skills; good communication and inter-personal skills; ability to multi-task, a self-motivated who enjoys working under pressure within a small team environment, where excellent communication skills, a good eye for detail and the challenge of meeting deadlines is essential. He/she has recent, relevant experience in a business with an automated payroll system; strong administration / data entry skills; and the ability to problem solve are essential
