Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech or e-payment systems and demonstrate exceptional analytical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

    •         Financial Strategy & Planning:

          •   Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.

          •   Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

    •         Financial Reporting & Analysis:

          •   Oversee preparation of accurate financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

          •   Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

    •         Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:

          •   Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including payment industry standards.

          •   Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including fraud prevention.

    •         Cost Management & Optimization:

          •   Manage operating expenses and identify areas for cost savings.

          •   Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

    •         Team Leadership:

          •   Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

          •   Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

    •         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

    •         5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or digital payments.

    •         Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in the payments industry.

    •         Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle , SAP).

    •         Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

    •         Strong leadership and communication abilities.

    •         Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
