Title : Finance Manager
Ref: FM-A-20-2011
Location : Ramallah Office
Duration : One Year -renewable (Full Time)

Overall Responsibililties :
To be responsible for the overall management and direction of finance operations,including property maintinance and management,MIS,COMMUNICATIONS,BUDGETING,BUDGET TRACKING,balance sheet management and internal audit.

Candidates must possess the following competencies :
-university degree in accountancy/commerce
-Minimum of seven years work expereince with an international NGO
-Experience of designing ,keeping and working with books is essential
-Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
-Very good interpersonal skills and communication skills
-Excellent computer skills
-Fluency in English (written and spoken)
-Excellent report writing skills
