Finance Officer

Job Title: TR 03-2016: Finance Officer
Location: Beit Jala, Palestine

We are looking for a highly talented and qualified Finance Officer.

Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to

-Conduct annual budget preparations
-Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
-Conduct costing and pricing analysis as per need
-Manage accounting functions and ensure the keeping of up-to-date accounting records
-Manage payables, receivables, fixed assets, general ledger and tax functions and maintain up-to-date accounting records.
-Manage the General Ledger (GL) and reporting related business processes and services including processing and reporting of periodic accounts, maintenance of the Chart of Accounts (COA), currency maintenance and journal processing.
-Ensure accuracy and completeness of period end accrual in the accounting system.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, cash forecasts and management reports
-Process payments, invoices and salaries.
-Prepare monthly VAT & Employees Income TAX slips

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree in finance or related experience
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions at for-profit companies.
-High accuracy and attention to details.
-Very good proficiency in both English and Arabic writing.
-Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions and attention to details
-Solid organizational and analytical skills.
