Financial Analyst, Tariff Department

Palestinian electricity regulatory council (PERC) was established by the National Authority in 2010. PERC will be responsible for the organization of the electricity sector in Palestine. PERC is seeking
to recruit dynamic and highly motivated Palestinian citizens for the following positions:

PERC # 4 Financial Analyst, Tariff Department

Responsible for providing support for all tariff related cases and analysis, also Participate in the review and analysis of tariff increase requests submitted by licensees to ensure adherence to
tariff methodologies.

Main Qualifications:
1-Bachelors or Master’s degree in finance, or accounting, prefer post-graduate degree
2- 3 years or more related professional experience
3-Computer literate in at least Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required, also English Fluency is required
4-Knowledge of quantitative modeling and finance
