OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT 

The financial and human resource expert will be responsible for supporting the client in developing, rolling out, managing and monitoring the wage subsidy scheme. The expert will also ensure the effective inclusion of women and disadvantaged groups by identifying and integrating their needs in the procedures of the scheme that would go into the Project Operations Manual. The expert will also provide support and coaching to PIU in matching the job seekers with the relevant private sector jobs.

The expert must meet the following minimum qualifications:

Education:University degree, preferably MBA or equivalent

General Experience:

Previous experience with large-scale programmes focused on employability, job placements, and wage subsidy schemes

10 years of professional experience

English language 

Specific Experience:

8 years working experience in the management of funds, preferably in an employment and job creation context.

3 previous experiences in similar size fund disbursement (10 million EUR)

3 previous experiences involving the establishment of Project implementation units
