Financial Sustainability and management Specialist

The Flagship Project is seeking qualified specialists with demonstrated experience in health
sector and hospital financial sustainability and management.

Education, Qualifications and/or Equivalent Experience:
-Master’s degree in Public Health, International Health, Health Finance or related field.
-A minimum of 7+ years experience working in the field of hospital finance management.
-Knowledge and experience in health services in the West Bank and Gaza desirable.
-Excellent analytical skills including Excel modeling.
-In-depth understanding of the healthcare sectors and international health systems.
-Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Arabic.
-Prior experience in financial planning and management in healthcare facilities including hospitals in low and/or middle income countries.
