The Palestinian Health Sector Development and Reform Project (the Flagship Project) is a five-year project funded by USAID. The Flagship Project is currently recruiting motivated processionals for the following short term technical consultants specializing in the
following areas:

- Behavioral Change Communications (BCC)
- Non-communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as hypertension and diabetes
- Nutrition
-Breast Cancer
- Clinical Guidelines
- Standards of Care
- Editors with Health-sector Experience
- Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist
- Institutional Capacity Building
-Technical Arabic Writers – Health-sector Experience
- Arabic/English Translation Services – Health-sector Experience
- Curriculum development – Health-sector Experience
- Other areas related to health sector reform
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in applicable/related fields.
- Experience working in the applicable fields above.
- Knowledge and experience in the applicable services listed above in the West Bank and Gaza.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with and communicate with a wide variety of people.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Arabic.
-International experience in the relevant fields is a plus.
