We are looking for a Sales Manager with leadership experience to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This manager will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and creating new strategies to increase revenue.

Responsibilities

-Preparation of monthly and annual sales targets.
-Redistribution of monthly and annual sales targets for sales team.
-Manage relationships with key customers and working with them to develop partnerships.
-Study of competition status and raise the necessary recommendations to management
-Field visits with the team continuing to overcome to achieve the goals set
-Reports preparation

Minimum Qualifications

-University Degree
-Ability to lead the team to achieving targets.
-Skill of solving problems that face the team and hinder the goals achievement.
-Ability to study the market and competition and offer the recommendations to the management.
-Excellent in build customer relationships and lead them to achieve the goals.
-Export experience
-Good communication in both English and Arabic
-Good computer skills (Excel – Word – PowerPoint)
