CHF International is seeking qualified candidate for its Mortgage Market Development Program (MMDP) to assume the following position

Part Time Focus Group Leader- Location: Ramallah. Duration: 2 months with possible extension

The Focus Group Leader will work with the Program Manager to design and conduct 12 Focus Groups across the West Bank during the month of June-July 2010 The Focus Group Leader will assist in the design and preparation of the sessions and will conduct the focus groups which will consist of 12 2-hour sessions with potential homebuyers in communities across the West Bank The majority of focus groups will be conducted during evening and/or weekend hours outside of normal business hours It is required that the qualified candidate has similar experience in conducting focus groups of diverse participants for the purpose of assessing public knowledge It is preferable that the candidate also have experience working on issues related to home ownership home buying processes and with private sector entities

Qualifications:
-Post graduate degree in international development public administration, business economics or other related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting trainings and focus groups
-Certified trainer.
-Experience facilitating dynamics of diverse groups of people
-Knowledge of home buying and banking sector
-Flexibility reliability tactfulness discreteness and punctuality
-Ability to work under pressure meets strict deadlines, and work beyond official business hours if required.
-English fluency desired Arabic skills required
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills
