AXSOS Academy is searching for multiple skilled committed instructors to teach and support its students. You will actively train students from different background programming and web-development. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The successful candidate shall also be friendly, professional, creative and with outstanding people skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach Python Full-Stack (Flask, Django), Java Full-Stack (Spring Boot) and/or MERN programs
• Facilitate group discussions, demos, in-class activities and feedback & coaching sessions
• Prepare students for success by providing coaching in all aspects of their journey towards becoming critical thinkers and problem solvers
• Provide actionable feedback on student’s soft and hard skills
• Follow industry trends related to Full-Stack Development
• Day to day instruction of students, following a well-curated curriculum, supplemented with your own professional experiences
• Gather and report on student metrics, and taking care of student’s attendance, grading assignments, etc.
• Participate in occasional project and curriculum development, as well as curriculum refinement
• Participate on and off-campus activities, including but not limited to: orientation, open houses, student events, graduations, tech talks and workshops related to Full-stack Development

Job Requirements
• +5 years of experience 
• Experience in the command line, git, Github and technical workflows used by developers (branches, pull requests, code review).
• Passionate about teaching code and explaining concepts to others.
• Clean code and refactoring but are also a pragmatic developer who loves to get things done and develop useful product with clean user interface.

Technical Competencies
• multiple years experienced in -at least- one of the following :

     - Python full-stack with Django and Flask

     - Java full-stack with Spring Boot 

     - JavaScript full-stack with MERN
