Fundraiser nternational Cooperation Officer
Job requirements:
1-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Rela- tions, Development Studies or related field.
2-Minimum two years of experience in fundraising, public relations or management.
3-Proficiency in the use of computers (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
4-Excellent oral and written English
5-Proven skills in writing, editing and proofreading documents, including developing project proposals, funding strategies and programs
6-Ability to work under pressure and overtime in order to meet deadlines
7-Ability to work in team, as well as willingness to take lead and personal responsibility
8-Ability to work with donors and other foreigners
9-Meticulous attention to details and ability to follow instructions
10-Willingness to learn about the history and political situation of Hebron Old City.
Job description:
1-Writing and drafting project proposals.
2-Writing administrative and evaluation reports.
3-Taking minutes of meetings and converting to readable copy.
4-Preparing project implementation plans and terms of reference for project staff.
5-Researching and following developments in donor strategies and policies.
6-Writing and publishing success stories, project summaries and lessons learned.
7-Communication with engineers, accountants and other staff of the organization.
8-Participating in meetings with donors and other partners of the organization - both local and foreign.
9-Writing official letters and emails
10-Drafting the annual report of the organization.
11-Assisting in preparing plans and logistics, organizing workshops, trainings, trips.
