Project Title: Support for Uninsured / Partially Insured Palestinians residing in Jerusalem
Funded by: CRDP/UNDP
Beneficiaries: Patients attending Makassed, Augusta Victoria and St. John Ophthalmic Hospitals in East Jerusalem.

Job Title: Fundraising Administrator (6 months contract)
Reporting to the Fundraising Coordinator, the fundraising and events administrator will assist with fundraising, donor connection and event planning activities. Provide Administrative and Project Management assistance to effectively and efficiently execute the duties and tasks related to the fund raising

Responsibilities:

-Assist the Fundraising Coordinator with planning, running and coordinating all campaign related fundraising/communication events.
-Oversee the implementation of all day-to-day activities as determined by the overall campaign process including but not limited to: correspondence, -campaign meeting scheduling and agenda development, preparing talking points, assemble presentations and other materials as requested.
-Document pipeline and task assignments, track prospects and maintain timelines.
-Follow-up with pledge commitments and past due pledges.
-Write campaign correspondence including solicitation proposals, meeting requests, email updates and meeting follow-up.
-Analyze donor giving patterns to increase funding.

Qualifications and Expertise Required:

-Bachelors Degree of Business Administration / Marketing, Sales or related field
-5+ years of experience in fundraising capacity Marketing, Sales or related field
-Minimum of two years experience in a fundraising environment;
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Good at researching and devising strategies and opportunistically taking advantage of donation possibilities.
-Excellent people management, building long-term relationships with potential donors
-Ability to persuade, explain the charitable work of the Hospitals.
-Ability to manage budgets and hit fundraising targets
-Personal computer skill to include but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
-Be able to work with little supervision and be self-motivated and highly energetic
-Administrative skills is a plus.
