Gaza Food Security and Livelihoods Coordinator

£19,240 pa | 1 year fixed term contract | Gaza Every day, the Gaza crisis deprives people of basic human rights.
That’s why we need you to join our partners to make sure our food projects address this desperate humanitarian situation. With an emphasis on distributing much-needed resources, you’ll develop Oxfam GB’s Food Security and Livelihoods programmes  and grow strategic vision within Gaza, whilst providing valuable technical advice to Gaza’s programme teams. You’ll also meet the ever-changing needs of the area by developing proposals for strategic action and restructuring Food Security programmes. With previous experience operating in conflict zones, you’ll be confident travelling and operating in Gaza. But more importantly, you’ll have proven expertise in food security, nutrition and livelihoods. Along with relevant experience in the field, you’ll be able to analyse complex humanitarian contexts and ideally have working knowledge of Arabic.
