Business Alliance HR Services is recruiting a General Manager for a leading company in the FMCG industry located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Reporting to:Board of Directors

Type of Contract: Full-time/ Permanent

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company’s P&L.
2. Develop operational and development plans to guarantee the achievement of the overarching business goals of the company.
3. Ensure successful financial management and performance while improving revenues and profits.
4. Oversee and manage the strategic and day-to-day operations, and evaluate performance and productivity.
5. Supervise Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR, and Admin departments.
6. Build and manage effective teams, and motivate them to ensure delivery of high performance.
7. Develop and maintain healthy business relationships with customers and external parties.
8. Improving the Company’s standard operating procedures across all departments.
