Business Alliance HR Services is recruiting a General Manager for a factory and is located in the South Area, Palestine. 

Job Summary:

Managing all factory setup, and operations and developing strategic plans in order to build and enhance operations, sales channels, profitability, and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the factory's P&L.
2. Developing operational and development plans to guarantee the achievement of the overarching business goals of the company/factory.
3. Building and managing effective teams, and motivating them to ensure delivery of high performance.
4. Ensuring successful financial management and performance while improving revenues and profits.
5. Managing the preparation of annual budgets and plans.
6. Managing the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures across different departments of the factory.
7. Engaging in negotiations with third parties to establish agreements needed by the factory.
8. Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations, and evaluating performance and productivity.
9. Strengthening the company's sales and market presence.
10. Overseeing procurement operations and ensuring effective management of expenses.

Special Requirements & Skills:

1. Proven experience in a similar position in the production/manufacturing field.
2. Solid understanding of commercial operations.
3. Strong knowledge of financial and sales management.
4. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Leadership skills.

Years of experience:

Minimum 15 years of total experience including a minimum of 5 years as a General Manager or Operations Manager.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a relevant field.

Location:
South Area, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English
