Job Summary:

Overseeing all company operations and developing strategic plans in order to build and enhance operations, sales channels, profitability, and market share and growth. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company's P&L.
2. Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations, and evaluating performance and productivity.
3. Developing growth strategies and plans to guarantee the achievement of the overarching business goals of the company.
4. Building and managing effective teams, and motivating them to ensure delivery of high performance.
5. Managing the preparation of annual budgets and plans.
6. Managing the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures across different departments of the company.
7. Strengthening the company's sales and market presence.
