Salary: ₪4,950 - ₪7,425 / month
**This role requires daily field work in Nablus. Holding a medical degree and a valid medical licence is essential for this role.
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a leading UK charity dedicated to improving the health and dignity of Palestinians affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement. With a focus on the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, we provide vital health and medical care to those in need, particularly in crisis zones like Gaza. As part of our commitment to meeting the growing needs of the communities we serve, we're expanding our team.
MAP is seeking a General Practitioner who will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary healthcare services within a mobile clinic setting, ensuring timely diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. The GP will play a key role in early disease detection, patient referrals, and adherence to medical protocols while maintaining accurate health records. Additionally, they will contribute to health needs assessments, capacity-building initiatives, and quality assurance efforts to enhance service delivery. By collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, the GP will support community health awareness, medical missions, and the continuous improvement of healthcare services.

The ideal candidate is a licensed General Practitioner with a medical degree and at least a twelve-month internship. They have strong clinical experience in primary healthcare, including diagnosis, treatment, and adherence to MoH guidelines. Experience in community-based healthcare, underserved populations, and mobile clinics is highly desirable. Proficiency in EMR systems, clinical data analysis, and reporting is essential. The ideal candidate would also have strong communication skills in Arabic and English and can work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Knowledge of humanitarian principles and international healthcare standards is an asset.
