Grants and Compliance Manager

Chemonics International is seeking candidates for long-term and short-term positions for the anticipated USAID-funded West Bank/Gaza Active Citizenry program. Key recruit areas include:

Grants and Compliance Manager:

Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee the design and implementation of the project’s sub-grants program in accordance with relevant USAID and local rules and policies. Prepare solicitation and procurement guidance, documents, and agreements. Supports the design and development of grant strategies and agreements, collaborates with project teams and grantees to monitor implementation.

Basic Qualifications: Experience in conducting USAID pre-award due diligence. Experience managing grants, procurement, and compliance for donor programs including USAID is required. Experience in grant-making or working with CSOs/CBOs is required (minimum 3 years preferred). Training or supervisory experience in similar roles is a great asset. Arabic and English language skills are required. The position will likely be based in Ramallah.
