Grants Manager

Children’s Relief Bethlehem/Caritas Baby Hospital (CRB/CBH) in Bethlehem is a charitable institution committed to providing high quality
health, social and educational services to ”Mother and Child” in Palestine.
CBH has been awarded a grant by USAID entitled “Development of Services at Caritas Baby Hospital”. One component of this grant is the
implementation of an integrated, comprehensive, and automated Health Information System.
In line with the above, CBH is seeking qualified applicants for the following two positions:

Grants Manager

Qualifications:
-BA in business administration, English, communications or marketing
-Experience in managing projects, preferably USAID

Skills:
-Good management skills
-Oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic)
-Good organizational skills
-Excellent report writing skills (narrative and financial)
-Good knowledge of basic computer applications
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Accounting skills

Main Tasks:
-To coordinate the activities of the project among the project core members
-To undertake all reporting and other USAID requirements of the cooperative agreement (including TraiNet and Geo-MIS reporting)
-To ensure compliance with USAID rules and regulations
-To attend to payroll, and accounts payable and receivable
-To oversee that project procurement complies with USAID procurement processes (tenders, waivers, etc.)
-To track and document progress of the project according to the established schedule
-To measure program impact against a set of criteria

Supervision:
This position reports directly to the Hospital’s COO.

Term of office:
This position is available for the duration of the project (3 years).
