Graphic Designer

Reach Digital Hub (RDH) is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for various media.

The designer's graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message based on the following responsibilities and requirements:

Job Main Responsibilities: 

• Study design briefs and determine requirements. 
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints. 
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. 
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. 
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand. 
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic. 
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design. 
• Test graphics across various media. 
• Amend designs after feedback. 
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. 
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule 
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

Job Requirements (Your Profile) 

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field 
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design 
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web 
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred 
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. 
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software 
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Excellent eye for detail
