Graphic Designer

Palestinian Vision (PalVision) is a democratic, youth-run non-profit organization, established in 1998. It serves to empower Palestinian youth through national awareness campaigns, leadership opportunities, and the establishment of national youth networks. The goal is to initiate youth-led sustainable development, social equity, and economic viability through volunteerism, social activism, entrepreneurship, lobbying and advocacy, both on a local and national level. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in translating our organization's objectives and messages into captivating visuals that resonate deeply with our target audience.

The key responsibilities for this position will be as follows:

• Crafting and conceptualizing a variety of materials for digital and print purposes.
• Making thoughtful choices in colors, fonts, images, and layouts to convey our message effectively.
• Ensuring the timely completion of projects, maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Providing valuable insights and recommendations for optimal design practices during projects.
• Collaborating closely with our dynamic team to innovate and develop fresh approaches for more expressive graphics that resonate with our audience.
• Setting the creative direction for the organization within the guidelines of our brand identity.
• Managing multiple projects, adhering to design specifications and budgetary constraints.
• Integrating feedback and implementing changes to enhance the final output.
• Creating visual representations that accurately communicate the essence of various projects.

Education and Professional qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field that demonstrates your artistic skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard programs, including Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the field of graphic design.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to precision in your work.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing your creative projects that highlight your versatility.
• Solid analytical abilities that allow you to approach design challenges from multiple perspectives.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
• Experience encompassing both print and digital media, illustrating your adaptability.
