The graphic designer and public relation coordinator will be responsible for designing visually appealing content and executing public relations campaigns that highlight AlNayzak’s programs, events, and initiatives. Roles and responsibilities

Graphic Designer is full responsibility for:

  • Developing and designing engaging visual content for various platforms, including textbooks, social media, websites, print materials, newsletters, and promotional items.
  • Producing high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and multimedia content that effectively convey messages to the target audience.
  • Ensuring all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Developing and update branding materials such as logos, color schemes, and typography to enhance the organization's visual identity.
  • Working closely with the marketing, communications, and content teams to create cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and impact of design work.
  • Experiment with new design techniques and software to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Handling multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
  • Organizing and managing design files and assets to ensure easy access and retrieval for future use.
  • Reviewing designs for errors, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before printing or publishing to maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Conducting regular quality checks and revisions to ensure accuracy and excellence in all design outputs.
  • Contributing innovative ideas and concepts for visual content that supports the organization’s goals and engages the target audience.
  • Creating a library of design assets, templates, and resources for use across various projects and departments.
  • Preparing final designs for printing, ensuring correct specifications for print production.
  • Collaborating with event coordinators to ensure visual elements align with the event theme and objectives.

Public Relations Specialist is full responsibility for:

  • Writing and distributing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials that highlight the organization’s programs, events, and achievements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, media contacts, and influencers to secure media coverage and promote positive stories.
  • Organizing and managing press events, conferences, and media briefings to promote organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinating logistics, develop event materials, and manage on-site media relations.
  • Monitoring media coverage and track public perception of the organization.
  • Preparing reports on PR activities, media coverage, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing crisis communication plans to address and mitigate negative publicity or issues.
  • Ensuring consistent and coherent messaging across all PR activities, aligning with the organization’s brand voice and values.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that key messages are effectively integrated into all communication efforts.
  • Overseeing the organization’s social media presence, including content creation, management, and engagement.
  • Supporting internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged with PR activities.
  • Analyzing results and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes and improve future PR efforts.
