Graphic Designer

• We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics across various platforms and mediums.

  Job Description:

  • Create visually appealing designs, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and other collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or clients to understand project objectives, requirements, and target audience.
  • Develop design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes, and present them for feedback and approval.
  • Select and manipulate images, graphics, and typography to enhance design concepts.
  • Use industry-standard design software and tools to create and edit designs.
  • Prepare and deliver design files in appropriate formats for various print and digital platforms.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and tools, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to brainstorm ideas and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • +3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing software and motion graphics is a plus.
