Job Description: We are looking for a talented Creative Designer to join our team and help bring fresh, innovative designs to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. You will be responsible for creating a variety of design assets, including digital content, social media graphics, advertisements, and more.

Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website elements, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral.

- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

- Produce visually appealing graphics, layouts, and interactive designs that engage and communicate effectively with the target audience.

- Collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative design strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Create and edit visual assets for social media platforms, ensuring each design resonates with current trends and audience preferences.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, implementing them into your work.

- Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet high-quality standards and align with project needs.

- Ensure consistency and quality across all design projects, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of professional design experience in digital and print media.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Sketch.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

- Experience with designing for social media platforms and a good understanding of their specific design requirements.

- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Must be a resident of Ramallah or willing to relocate.

A solid portfolio demonstrating your design expertise across various mediums.
