Job summary
The Gynaecologist will provide immediate health care services to clients who approach
Merlin operation sites in areas of Qalqilya, and Salfit. The health care includes patient
assessment, diagnosis, providing treatment, providing health instructions, and enshrining
compliance with medication and follow up visits. The Gynaecologist will maintain the
quality of care by following the WHO and MOH protocol of practices. The Gynaecologist
will provide appropriate referral and emergency care when needed.
Selection Criteria
Essential for Gynaecologist
1. Medical doctor specialised in obstetrics, gynaecology and family planning.
2. Experience in Primary Health Care and community health.
3. Knowledge and basic experience in health education and patient health counselling
4. Experience in working with NGOs, MOH and community organizations
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Good command of both written and spoken English language.
7. Able to work independently and as part of a team
8. Demonstrated ability to organise and manage workload within strict timeframes
