The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform a full responsibility to lead the development of highly interactive visual editor web system, including:

•Team Leadership:
Lead and manage our main software development team, comprising both permanent and outsourced dev-ops
professionals. In your capacity as Scrum Master, you'll guide, mentor, and nurture team growth.

•Technology Strategy: Execute our firm's technology strategy, driving primary scalable system development
and charting our technological course.

•Architecture and Engineering: Oversee the creation of robust web solutions, emphasizing sound architectural practices and innovative, state of the art technologies, scalable frameworks. You'll make critical infrastructure decisions, versatility, resiliency, and scalability.

•Technical Delivery: Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of software solutions aligned with our firm's objectives.

•Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality and technical alignment with product development goals, maintaining a hands-on role with coding and deep technical product knowledge.
