Head of Division Financial and Administrative Department

Agriculture Development Association (PARC) is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Head of Division Financial and Administrative Department

1-Holder of Bachelor degree in Accounting and (Minor in Business Administration, CPA certificate or any other International certificate will be preferable).
2-Minimum 5 years experience with international NGOs
3-Strong Knowledge in Project management, administrative procedures and procurement, financial analysis and financial reporting).
4-Excellent computer skills and using different software applications (Word, Excel..etc) and especially accounting software.
5-Good command of English (Reading, writing and conversation)
6-Strong analytical skills.
7-Teamwork and flexibility to work effectively under pressure
8-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective working relations with employees and stakeholders
9-Have a valid driving license.
