Quizplus is an innovative and fast-growing EdTech company based in Ramallah, Palestine with international existence in Dubai. We provide college students worldwide with high-quality online study tools in over 30 fields of study, including quizzes. flashcards, practice tests, textbook solutions and more!

Quizplus is seeking a full time Head of Marketing based on the following responsibilities and requirements:

• Create, manage, execute, optimize, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and paid social channels.
• Create, manage, execute, optimize, customize, and analyze automated email campaigns.
• Perform financial tracking, planning, and management for digital and email campaigns.
• Ability to identify the related and correct influencers who can help us in expanding themarket, including contacting influencers and closing deals with them.
• Identify audience groups and propose the best way to approach them.
• Analyze results and effectiveness of paid acquisition programs using tools like Google,Analytics, and others.
• Produce reports for each channel through outlining results and opportunities for possible improvements.
• Create and analyze effectiveness of landing pages
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative team to ensure programs meet business objectives.
• Partner with sales and product to understand target audience personas, messaging and content and translate those into targeted campaigns for various digital channels.
• Help in writing articles, blogs, press releases, statements and internal and external briefings as required.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing or any relevant field.

- Proven experience as a marketing officer

- Experience in advertising, digital marketing, content marketing is desirable. 

- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment. 

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
