Médecins du Monde (MDM) France is an International Medical Organization, which has been present in the Palestinian Territories since 1995. It operates in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank through offices located in Jerusalem, Gaza and Nablus.

MDM is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of:


Health Voucher System Project Officer, Gaza Base (1 Position)


Starting date: January 25th, 2015
Duration: 1 Full Time Contract, 2 months with possibility of renewable

I-MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure vulnerability assessment
Participation in the definition of Voucher implementation strategy and response in coordination with partners
Implementation and monitoring of health voucher activity
Liaison work with the partner,
To supervise the work of the potential social workers
To ensure and control data collection management in collaboration with the partners
To create Data collection tools if required
To prepare activity report


II. REQUIRMENTS
A university degree in social science, or related fields
Between 2-3 years of professional experience in data collection, Analysis, follow up & supervision.;
Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English;
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member in complex and difficult operating environments;
Ability to work under pressure, with pick of workload;
Ability to independently organize work and prioritize tasks;
Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual
