Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a leading UK charity dedicated to improving the health and dignity of Palestinians affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement. With a focus on the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, we provide vital health and medical care to those in need, particularly in crisis zones like Gaza. As part of our commitment to meeting the growing needs of the communities we serve, we're expanding our team.
MAP is seeking a housekeeper who will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guesthouses and hospital guestrooms, protecting and maintaining equipment, and reporting any damages. Responsibilities also include adhering to health and safety standards, managing and restocking cleaning supplies, and assisting with kitchen duties such as meal preparation and ensuring food supplies are stocked.

The ideal candidate will will have proven housekeeping experience, ideally with an NGO. Experience working in complex and volatile environments is highly valued, along with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English communication is also an asset.
