The Role
The HR & Admin Assistant will provide functional and technical human resources support and administration support in implementation of all related HR and admin operational plans to enhance the organisation’s performance through our people.
The post holder will undertake the appropriate level of training and is responsible for ensuring that they understand and work within the policies of the organization.

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management/Psychology or Business Administration and/or equivalent qualification or experience are acceptable.
- At least one year experience in HR/Office administration or similar role
- Overcomes challenges, despite hurdles, and resolves challenges consistent with Oxfam’s values and ways of working.
- Detail oriented and good record keeper
- Good time management with ability to prioritize
- Able to multi-task in dealing with all the components of the role
- Anticipates outcomes of activities and uses initiative
- Has a good knowledge of the work of department and able to self start
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

What we offer
The employee will be contracted by Oxfam with a competitive, fair and comprehensive pay and benefits package that is justifiable to our donors. Salary range starts at 66,239 ILS gross per annum, for a 40-hour contract. Salary offered will be subject to funding available and competences.
