HR & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Country: Palestine

Base: OCCUPIED PALESTINIAN TERRITORY, RAMALLAH OFFICE

Reports to: Hr & Administrative Coordinator

Accountable To:Finance Manager And Deputy Finance Manager

Work in coordination with: Country Representative, Finance Manager, Deputy Finance Manager , Area Managers and Finance Officers

Job Description:

WeWorld-GVC (WW-GVC) is an independent Italian organization emerged from the union between GVC NGO (constituted in Bologna in 1971) and WeWorld (founded in Milan in 1999), with the aim of  increasing.The impact of Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid projects in 29 countries, including Italy.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  1. Recruitment process
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant platforms and channels;
  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, including arranging venues and communicating with candidates.2. Compensation and Benefits:
  1. Employee Records and Compliance;
  • Support in filing and organizing documents related to personnel, including contracts amendments and other HR-related paperwork;
  1. HR Communication:
  • Assist in drafting HR-related communications, such as memos, announcements, and policy updates;
  • Maintain HR-related content on internal communication channels, including intranet portals and bulletin boards.
  1. Data Entry and reporting:
  • Assist in data entry tasks related to HR, including reports and HR matrixs
  1. General Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Assist in coordinating HR-related meetings and events, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Focal point for the communication needs and follow up for the mission (i.e. Jawwal, Etc)
  1. Coordination and Communication:
  • Supervision of cleaners
  • Booking meeting rooms.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting or Business
  • At least 1 year of experience in relevant fields;
  • NGO experience and knowledge of donor requirements is an asset;
  • Valid Driving license; ability to move throughout all WB;
  • Flexibility, organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent English (oral and written)
