Position: HR and Administrative Officer
Contract duration: 6 months -renewable
Location: Ramallah / Palestine
Starting Date: Immediately

Creative was established in 2009 and is specialized in marketing, advertising, Social Media, mobile application development, and movie production. We strives to hire qualified, competent, professional personnel who will perform effectively in the position HR and Administrative Officer that is committed to the overall vision and target of Creative.
Under the supervision of the Operational Manager, HR and Admin Officer will be responsible for facilitating recruitment, maintaining documents and personnel files, and coordinating with all departments with highest confidentiality.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
-Review and ensure compliance to HR policies and procedures; coordinating the development of policies, HR Manual.
-Demonstrate experience in developing HR policies, salary scales elaboration and reviews and training skills.
-Prepare HR reports on a monthly basis.
-Prepare all correspondences related to HR topics in liaison with the Operational manager.
-Follow on staff time sheets, attendance, and leaves.
-Ensure a proper follow up on recruitments.
-Follow up on the employees’ health and workmen’s compensation insurance.
-Support department colleagues in daily relevant activities.
-Ensure company is in compliance with all labor laws, and minimization of legal exposure.
-Performs other duties as requested by Operational Manager.
Administrative Responsibilities:
-Ensure a proper follow-up on administrative files.
-Be discreet in the gathering and use of confidential information.
-Assist in administrative duties including filing, copying, and correspondence.
-Update monthly administrative reports.
-Attending regular meeting with clients.
-Research and proposal writing.
Qualifications:
-A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or HR Management.
-At least 2-3 years of which were in similar responsible position in Human Resources & administration.
-Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
-Excellent managerial and communication skills.
-Capable in planning and problem solving.
-Familiar with Palestinian labor law.
-Excellent negotiation skills.

-Willingness to improve skills and knowledge.
