Job Description:

  • Support human resources hiring process by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information, etc. 
  • Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records 
  • Maintain employee information and performance records by supporting evaluation process 
  • Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting and printing information
  • Answer telephone, relay messages and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Organize employee events and activities 
  • Assist in implementing the company’s HR plan and policies

متطلبات الوظيفة

Job Requirements:

  • BA Human Resources / Business Administration / Administration / related fields  
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English languages 
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent organization skills 
  • Cares about people development and fostering a positive work environment 
  • Dynamic and has the ability and interest to introduce ideas that contribute in the overall wellbeing of employees within their work environment
