YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures and ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Perform orientations and update records of new staff, and manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise, and assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Coordinate the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Conduct employee onboarding and coordinate employee development initiatives and performance management.
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related (essential).
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
