Job purpose

We are looking for an experienced HR manager to oversee all aspects of Administrative & Human Resources practices and processes for a large company.  You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop, supervise and apply all policies, regulations, systems, and manuals related to the company in HR and administrative systems.
  • Manages, directs and monitors the overall activities of the (HR) section.
  • Managing and follow up all type of Insurance policies and all pertinent.
  • Participating and preparing the annual HR plan, and the department budget.
  • Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative personnel.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources management and Administration or a related subject.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in human resources management and administration.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws.
  • Demonstrated excellent team-work and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership and strong management skills
