About YWB:
Youth without Borders Forum is a non-governmental youth organization based in Khan Yunis and has been working in the field of youth development since 2002. The forum aims to build and develop young people’s capabilities in several creative, cultural and societal fields that include youth, as well as to enhance the role of women in society and protect their rights. Youth without Borders is committed to providing equal opportunities for both sexes to acquire the necessary skills that contribute to creating innovative ideas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up HR processes including: Attendance, Recruitment, Training, Performance Evaluation, Payroll, etc.
- Maintain and update the HR policies, procedures and processes manual, rules and regulations and other relevant documents.
- Ensure that policies, procedures and processes are up-to-date and compliant with Palestinian employment law.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- implements and develops the annual training plan and budget, in cooperation with executive management, ensuring that it encompasses best practices and the key business needs and staff skills needed to improve the company.
- Develops best practice business and people solutions with the HR environment.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Qualifications:
- BA in Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant field;
- Five years’ experience in HR and/or personnel management and administration;
- Understanding of labor law and disciplinary procedures;
- Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel;
- Able to take initiative and responsibility of own tasks and duties
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field. (or equivalent combination of formal training and experience e.g. in economics, management, business development, etc.).
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of HR
Experience in project management, program/project coordination, and monitoring and/or provision of advisory services or similar;
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills are required in both Arabic and English.
