HR Technical Specialist
NRC Palestine Country Office is seeking to recruit multiple HR positions.
The purpose of these multiple HR positions is to provide day to day implementation of the HR functions and duties, with a specific responsibility for Country Office staff. These positions will support in, but not limited to, providing a wide range of HR tasks, like administering employee Salaries, benefits and entitlements, supporting in recruitments and onboarding, provide trainings and follow up on staff performance and evaluation. The candidates will use Human Resources Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date, properly filed, and treated in confidentially. And they will also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on various HR-related topics.

Context/ Specific skills, knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience working in HR with an INGO an advantage
- Strong history of compliance to SOPs and regulations
- Proven record of accurate data management
- Proven attention to detail
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Proven ability to share information, in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders
