Hub Manager

As the Hebron Hub Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. Responsibilities include: 

Implementing incubation and acceleration programs tailored to the unique business and tech environment of Hebron

Building and maintaining relationships with local startups, educational institutions, and the community

Executing outreach strategy to attract and onboard qualifying tech-oriented entrepreneurs and startups

Manage entrepreneurship-related events such as hackathons and ideation events from planning to execution.

Executing community engagement strategies

Overseeing all aspects of the hub’s operation 

Continuously following up with incubated startups

Ensuring ongoing monitoring of programs and servicesManaging the daily operations of the hub 

Undertaking any other work-related duties assigned by the line manager

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.

Robust understanding of the tech startup ecosystem in Hebron

At least 3 years of experience  in project management

Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and adhere to donors’ rules and regulations

Professional level skills in both Arabic and English languages

Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Preferable, three years of experience in product development, preferably in a startup environment.
