Contract : 6 months fixed-term contract .

Oxfam in OPTI is looking for a Human Resource Assistant that will support the HR Officer and the Business Operations Manager in all stages of operational human resource management. Responsible for HR administration tasks. Supporting the implementation of organisational HR policies and initiatives, and maintaining organisational HR standards in all processes.

We need someone who has at least 1 year experience in office/business administration preferred with either INGO , local NGO or in private company , with computer skills, databases and email. The candidate should has a good communication skill with enthusiastic, positive attitude and reliable in keeping confidentiality and good spoken and written English .
